From the age of 35 every 3 years for men and women (detailed medical history; full body examination, determination of cholesterol and blood sugar levels, urine examination)
From the age of 35 every 2 years for men and women (specific anamnesis, standardized whole body inspection of the entire skin, head and body skin folds)
From the age of 45 annually for men (medical history, inspection and palpation of the external genitals, prostate, lymph nodes)
Between the ages of 50 and 54, test for hidden blood (iFOBT)
Men:
From the age of 50, two colonoscopies every ten years.
From the age of 65, 1x colonoscopy
Alternative: from the age of 55, test for hidden blood every 2 years
Women:
From the age of 55 2x colonoscopies at intervals of 10 years
From the age of 65 1x colonoscopy
Alternative: from the age of 55, test for hidden blood every 2 years
From the age of 65, unique for men, ultrasound of the abdominal aorta for early detection of an abdominal aortic aneurysm
